Tom Morgan

A British Design Management and Strategy consultant based in Bergen, Tom has wide experience working with brands across sectors and of all sizes. Supporting businesses such as the LEGO Group, the Food & Drink Group, Imperial Tobacco, Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Foundation, Telenor Global, the BBC, Media City Bergen, etc. Tom has a Masters in Design Futures from the University of London and was previously Senior Lecturer in the faculties of both Business & Psychology at Regent’s University, London. Where he created and directed a groundbreaking Executive Masters programme in Creative Leadership. Also lecturing at the European Institute for Brand Management in the Netherlands and the Design Council, UK. Later going on to be a partner at The Curiosity Bureau in the UK before joining ANTI in 2014. Tom’s expertise are in the area of brand strategy, design thinking, creative leadership, and product innovation; he is a certified facilitator of the executive development method LEGO Serious Play and previously held the position as the Royal Society of Arts’ Connector for Norway.
