Swash – Digitizing the carwash industry Swash seeks to make carwash easier, faster and more convenient for car owners and station owners alike. Offering software that lets customers purchase washes online, choosing between different locations and washing programs, Swash helps reduce queues whilst giving customers a better user-experience. With a total overview, station owners can also use data to adapt prices in periods with low turnovers, increasing their earnings. An all-in-one digital platform that revolutionizes the carwash industry. Our part of Swash’s journey was creating the brand strategy, concept, name and visual identity. Showing how an easier and faster carwash experience can make people more happy and relaxed, became the core of the brand. A light hearted and fun tone of voice, paired with chunky and almost cartoonist typography, maintained this carefree feeling. A smiling logo moving about like a happy sponge and graphic elements from the industry, helped to create the correct universe for both station- and car owners. Topping it off, we also applied smooth and deliciously satisfying movements inspired by soap and water, with fast and efficient ones inspired by the digital customer journey. All to further showcase Swash’s strengths.
